Reservation and payment
When making a reservation, the customer accepts these terms and prices. We will send confirmation of the reservation via email. Advanced deposit of 20% must be paid with the reservation, the invoice including the 80% of the price is due 30 days prior to the stay. The advanced deposit is none-refundable.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be done via email info@vaantajantila.fi. Leaving the advanced deposit or rental invoices unpaid is not recarded as a valid cancellation. If you are cancelling your stay over 30 days before the reserved dates, 80% of the rent is refunded. If you are cancelling your stay less than 30 days before the reserved dates, 100% of the rent will be charged.
Rights for Vääntäjän Tila to cancel a reservation
In cases of force majeure or other outside of the control of Vääntäjän Tila, Vääntäjän Tila may cancel the reservation. In this case the customer is entitled to receive a full reimbursement of all payments made. Vääntäjän tila has the right to cancel all reservations that have not been paid on time. Vääntäjän Tila has the right to terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect if the customer causes disturbance, damage or hazard to others or to the property.
Customer`s liabilities
Final cleaning is not included in the rent (can be bought separately). All cost incurred from customer`s lack of diligence or damages caused by the customer or by their children, will be charged from the customer.
Disputes
The customer is obliged to the directly notice Vääntäjän Tila about any defects, so those can be corrected already during their stay.
